Some Suggestions on How To Use
The videos can be viewed in any order but we do suggest you develop a year-long calendar based on your specific needs. The videos can be used for personal leadership development but work best when viewed with your team. Each video runs 10-20 minutes in length and you should plan on 10-20 minutes to discuss the content. Each session ends with some suggested questions. Over the course of the year you will have roughly the same number of sessions on each of these Leadership Development areas:
- Leading Yourself
- Leading Others/Teams
- Leading Organizations
If you have specific topics you would like us to explore, please contact us with your ideas or questions.
